i need to use visual basic express 2010 on my computer but its not installed and i don't have admin privileges. Does anyone knew where i can get the files without installing it or better yet how i can get admin privileges to install it.
i know this isnt exactly programming but i feel it fits better here than in technology.
Ask your mom and dad for your own computer, so you can have admin rights, you child.
