Yes, this is justifiably worse than the fartism. The fartist knew when to stop, and he would rarely keep his shitposting 24/7 like the people from /g/ do. Just look at this very thread. Ironic or not, the shitposting is still there.

And how can you possibly be telling me you didn't even use a filter back in the days when repetitive thread spam was made? You could filter FV and the fartists pretty easily. Can you filter the /g/ros? 70% of the cases would be covered by any posts that match /^>/, but the rest is not that easy to filter.
