/prog/ - SWI-Prolog with emacs on Fedora 19

How do I properly set this up?

I've installed pl-6.2.6-3.fc19.x86_64 and followed this guide to point 3: http://www.swi-prolog.org/FAQ/GnuEmacs.html

I'm not sure what point 4 is on about. Didn't find any Help->Customize shit on emacs.
