Yes, two of them, actually. One only knew C and sepples, and the other knew like 8 languages as well as assembly for ARM, MIPS, m68k, and a few microcontrollers too.
I knew some muslims, they knew python, but didn't understand functional programming. Let alone some good measure of Agda, which made them useless for me. I fired them.
Weirdly, all of one of the gentlemen of color that I have worked with (across multiple jobs) have their roles as systems administrators. One black guy who just got hired as a C++ dev even got shoehorned into the position of Build Engineer, which pretty much means that he is a system admin who is only allowed to work with our version control servers and the bastard child of make and ant that we use to build.
And this isn't just a case-by-case basis, either. The current company at which I work has an entire subsection of ... seven(?) system administrators, and each of them is as black as Morgan Freeman.
