Yes and you are 30 and that will surely happen out of nowhere. The funny thing is, if you start fixing shit in a normal company, you will poison it, because you start building all their commodity systems. They will become alarmingly depended on you. You are the cocaine of the organisation. Then leave them when you raised your title to senior programmer, of course when you arranged your next job.
