No, I then browsed the writings of a guru, and the guru (that is Indian for "teacher", or rabbi in Hebrew) said the mother turtle meditates over her offspring, and father turtle too. Look, how surprising turtles are! Just like mother and father at work, they are absent, but it is assuring that they are somewhere THERE, and not GONE.
The difference is felt in spirit. The child KNOWS.
The little turtles KNOW that they have to cross the ocean on their own until they grow the size that will protect them from greatest predators, but living mother and father that meditate over them in animal spirits are increasing their chances of survival.
