Using Latin to solve problems of AI

Latin is a language with an easy to parse, logical structure and very few ambiguities. One of the major problems in natural language processing and thus artificial intelligence is the difficulty of parsing human languages, exactly due to the ambiguities and very flexible structures (see buffalo buffalo buffalo for an example) found in these languages today.

Am I the only one who sees the possibilities here?

Then just make something up. Catholics do it all the time. It's not as if any Roman's are going to show up and yell at you for butchering their language.
