Is a vest somehow more dangerous than a gun?
Wouldn't it be safer to walk with a crowd of people carrying vests, rather than guns?
I dunno, maybe you just get a funny look when buying a vest, as opposed to buying a gun.... xD

but yeah, i guess a person with a gun + a vest is considerably more dangerous than just a person with a gun...

what about a person with a vest + pocket knife vS a person with a gun?
