Emulating rotation

Name: Anonymous 2013-07-15 9:24

Unable to rotate objects due to a restriction, to get around this I imagined emulating the rotation by creating hundreds of smaller rectangles to construct a larger "rotated" rectangle. All of the smaller rectangles have to have 0 rotation also. Any ideas on how I can actually code this? Any suggestions appreciated.

Attempted this, "restricted" apparently. Trying to help a friend out but can't figure out the math to do the above, using some shit executable he sent me.
