C++ is still the best programming language available. Flexible and with good performance. And C++11 fixes a lot of annoyances. That combined with good compilers like Clang make C++ the only good choice for REAL PROGRAMMERS .

What book should I buy? C++ Prog. Lang. 4th edition or SICP?
Downloading an ebook not an option, I like my books like I like my women: physical and heavy.

The compiler itself implements 100% of C++11 but GNU libstdc++ still doesn't support many C++11 features, so it's still incomplete.
