Cyberstalker makes me crazy

Hi guys,

Just wanted to ask for short little advice, really please only reply if you have advice.

So this cyberstalker has created her own fantasy of me even if she hasn't seen my real self or met me before. She loved me for no reason, I don't get it.
How can I get rid of her, she is very dangerous and goes to military and writes false statement about me on social networks.
