Zabbix eh?

I've done a fair amount of sleuthing both on the proprietary website, their hosted forums, and a bit of digging around otherwise...but I haven't been able to come up with a concise answer:

DAFUQ is Zabbix? And dafuq is it doing....

did you mind looking at the wiki or read the manpages? i dont want to spoile the fun of finding out btw
