/prog/ - Remove captcha inside reply mode

Hi,

I use captcha in my Kusabax boards to stop flood, but I want to show this only in create a new thread mode, not in reply mode.

I need the code to change this option and show captcha only when someone want to open a new thread, not inside the reply mode thread.

This is my code but doesn't work:
