You could try Yuuhei Satellite, as they're one of the few groups (or maybe the only one) with acceptable vocal arrangements. The rest of vocal arrangements are fucking shit, because Japan is fucking shit.
Some acceptable instrumental arrangements are made by Demetori, Astroalmeria Records, Shibayan Records and maybe Sound Holic.
But you will never find anything better than the original soundtracks. Because arrangements are usually shit.
