Mosquitoes are parasite too. The bite the host but do not USUALLY harm them. Although, Mosquitoes carry their own parasites---such as heartworms which can kill cat and dogs.

A predator is an animal that hunts and kills other animals for food. There are also human predators, that hunt and kill and/or assult other humans.
