You realize many, many names are Jewish, right? John, Peter, Daniel, David and many others are absurdly common. Calling someone a Jew for their name would be like calling someone a Jew because they walk on two legs and are able to communicate.
You should be worried more about the surname, but then you have the fact Jews stole surnames from many local communities during the diaspora, so you could say the whole world is a big Jew sphere if you use that theory of yours (-stein and -berg were originally German surnames).
