Unity3d Error

Hello. Since a week that I'm trying to solve this problem without succes.

I'm talking about the unity3d engine. Everytime that I create a new project or add a script or stuff i get this error:

I already reinstall unity, fix registry, even I format my pc to descart that it could be a system problem.

Do you ever had this problem? How to fix it?

I programmed a game in Unity3D before, didn't complete it though, spent the entire summer creating it but gave up due to it being too much work for 1 person, on top of having to create 3d models such building, characters and their animations.
As for your problem go to the UnityForums and ask them, there very active, so you'd get a reply within the hour from them.

Well, some of you were a little bit confused. I'm talking about unity3d game engine and not of unity the desktop environment.

By the way I already solved it. It is just the AVG antivirus using the project files while unity also wants to use them.
