Newbie in PHP need help

Hi guys

Im new to PHP. i have just started learning it and i kinda like it this far. So i thought about doing do a website where i can display images and you have next button and when you click it, then it will show a new random image(randomize a value from the database). Was thinking about saving the path to the images in a database. So that way i'll learn using wamp,


But my question is. What do you experienced php-people think about this. Is too hard?
Do you have any tips? I Don't really know how i should make that random picture function.

Install a content management system rather than making your site from scratch. Look into CMSes like Wordpress, Drupal, or Joomla.
