I am a Programmer

I Program (not code), I write Programs (not ``apps"), I do Programming (not coding), I am a Programmer (not coder).

I remember when trekkies decided they should be called trekkers due to the belief that the former was somehow insulting.  But they were still fans of star trek.  Pedantic etymology won't change how you're viewed by non programmers.
