I am a Programmer

I Program (not code), I write Programs (not ``apps"), I do Programming (not coding), I am a Programmer (not coder).

Coding is a term used to refer to the drone-type work in which one cranks out code and implements known algorithms arranged to work together as a program by programmers. The coder and programmer is often the same person, leading to confusion.

Additionally, programs are either system software or application software. Application software is often shortened to the term "app". Due to the more common nature of application software, there is a common misconception that "app" is used to mean "program", when in actuality it is specifying the type of program as being application software.
