I'm creating a lean startup, and I can't decide between TDD and BDD. Which would create the best company culture and which would create the most efficiency? Is there a compromise I can make to get both? Thanks

1) Constructing the Base : Use TDD for your base classes and base functionality. This is, make your basic classes that you know will support your business and a bit more.

2) Constructing the Solution: Put your user stories in your code with the help of a BDD framework.

Each box is a bunch of classes.
Classes in 2 mostly inherit from the basic
classes in 1. 3 are just classes for the GUI that make use of business objects.
