Mario v. Luigi - A patent lawsuit over the business practice of using the warp zone to abandon several hostages while still saving the Princess.
Mario alleges that Luigi is infringing on his patent, which has cost him thousands of Princesses that were rescued by the slightly faster Luigi. Luigi retorts that the patent has prior art and is an obvious exploit of Bowser habits of leaving power-ups guarded by turtles and some weird mushroom like thing that pops when crushed.
Mario is suing for ten 1ups, five the of the flowers that make you spit fireballs, and one hundred Princesses.
