Why haven't you bought 10 bitcoins at $100 last week and make a quick $1750?

Because I didn't expect this growth.

There ain't no such thing as a free lunch. Gambler's ruin, also I don't feel like being someone's entropy dumpster.
Consider this: a bunch of rich faggots buy a shitload of bitcoins, causing the prices to rise. Then, at one day, they suddenly dump all the bitcoins they bought, profiting off the idiots who bought them at the moment they were at their peak.
This is all of course assuming this growth isn't a natural upward trend (in which case they will be hard to buy anyway)

Wow, is the value of the US dollar really falling that quickly?

I remember when it all started. Some guy was offering 1 bitcoin for free. I didn't bother, I'm a loser.

Soon FBI will kick-in and you will lose all your buttcoinz, ISPs would be forced to filter p2p protocol (i.e. nothing but http would be allowed).
some clever ass sold a massive amount of BTC when price was very high, causing the BTC price to drop, then he bought them again at lower price making a quick million dollars in cash and keeping the same reserve of bitcoins

Excellent, the disconnection of the USA from the Internet will entail a sudden rise in the content quality of the latter. Other barbaric countries should also be taken offline, such as Russian.

It would be great if France and Australia were gone too. Finland not only needs to be disconnected, but they should have all their computers destroyed too.

What's wrong with Finland, Germany and Canada?

It would be easy to detect, while harsher enforcement may just partyvan all violating IPs.

By the time such measures are taken, all people sufficiently intelligent to understand the concept of currency would have moved to another country. For the USA, that means approximately 0.1% of the population.

When will I be able to buy things like food with bitcoin? Seems pretty useless.

When will I be able to buy things like food with gold? Seems pretty useless.
We're in the "bull trap". It'll rise up after this, then either drop madly or stay rising.
Hopefully the former, I have a high value on people's delicious tears.
