With: • Threads which have been marked as spam by a considerable majority of the peer swarm (70%+) are pruned from all peers upon agreement, and spam markings by peer statistics are stored to prevent abuse of the spam system, a peer which marks everything as spam can be manually or automatically blacklisted (based on heuristics), and peers can be whitelisted as well.
