Javascript: Why is it bad?

I see a lot of hate for it here and am wondering why

because /prog/ is full of retards

they're just going to have to suffer when their legacy languages like c and lisp become useless within a couple of years

they think projects like asm.js are a joke. we'll see who gets the last laugh. i'm quite confident it won't be /prog/

also, don't get me started on those obnoxious lua and python faggots. they cry all day that their toy jits were such an embarrassment to the profession that they were removed from the alioth shootout

you know what? good riddance. javascript is used for REAL programs, not toy fibs() benchmarks

oh and one more thing: haskellfags, look at typescript. game over.

I looked, but it did not have kind polymorphism, type families, generalized abstract data types, rank N polymorphism, existential types, phantom types, impredicative polymorphism, functional dependencies (I prefer type families), newtype, generalized newtype deriving, no type classes.

I could go on, but it looks really primitive. It is not that I don't like it. But it is so simple minded.

No, it is not enough. It is like fucking a guy friend (like in gay) and your butch friend (like in heteronormal).

Typescript is like your guy friend. He knows your places, how to lick your balls and his ass is somewhat tight yet. It is fine, you are friends and comfortable with it.

Haskell is like your butch friend. She is wild, get her girlfriends into play. She throws you over the table and rapes you there with something, which is bigger than your dick. Take pictures of you getting pissed over by her friends. It is much more exciting to program in it.
Of course all of this is bloat, but you sure don't want to miss it.

Typescript a shit, at least use Haxe.

JavaScript costs billions every years and untold mental suffering. Just because one programmer got sloppy.

It is entirely possible that JavaScript, especially its server-side version, is a Mossad trojan project, aimed at seeding exploit happy environment, so that Mossad hackers could leverage it to advance Jewish interests. I.e. JavaScript is sloppy by design, because it is just a trojan.
