I am currently learning C# and I don't know if it's worth it-- C# feels limiting, but whzt are the tradeoffs of C# versus other languages?

C# means you can get a job that uses C#. That's pretty much it.

For what reason do you want to learn them? To write programs? How about completing an application in C# first. If you want to read other people's programs written in Lisp and C, then you have a good reason to learn them.

Don't change these.
