Android Development: Connecting Users

Can anyone help me out wit ha class project?

I'm writing an app and I have a bunch of fragments that users can use to record data, but I want to connect them all and aggregate data from multiple users in the last "Stats" tab for all to view in real time. Ideally one person will host an "Event" and add users giving them permission to access one fragment and the "Stats" screen, using a native API, Google Account or something that doesn't require creating a new account.

Whenever I search for 'android development connecting users' I get unrelated stuff.

Is there some specific terminology for connecting users within an application to help me search?
Does anyone know of a way to do this?

I work at home and have a bunch of screens showing me what people on my network are doing on their screens. I can even set it so that i can see the code of their computers. can you guys do any of that? I dont think so.
