Any sufficiently retarded Mentifex is indistinguishable from a Markov chain. It can be "reminded" of stuff and spew out its associations, but can't reflect on the reasons it was reminded of them.
Ordinarily I feel unease and compassion when seeing a dumb person being dumb, this guy however possesses such a potent mix of stupidity with conceit that I simply can't empathise with him, can't see him as a fellow human, but only as a target for insults and humiliation.
