Unity game desinger

would you hire a guy who lets say works since 3 years with unity and has no other education fore something else then making a game?

In this economy there are millions of un(der)?employed CS graduates, so not having a degree in CS puts you in an impossible position to get a job in it. You'd need to know someone or forget it.
