God damn shiichan!

Name: Anonymous 2013-01-09 21:08

How annoying.

Name: Anonymous 2013-01-09 21:13

How do you do that?

Is it going to display my IP?

Name: Anonymous 2013-01-09 21:31

>>5
No, that's because I put sage in the email field by mistake so it unmasked it.

Name: Anonymous 2013-01-10 0:34

Well I didn't quite believe you about the IP adress, so I haven't tried. But it looks like some fools did.
What do we have?
208.115.207.25 -> USA
68.190.59.32 -> USA
85.119.82.115 -> Russia
82.7.94.235 -> UK
Totally useless.

Could be proxies. That first is running a web server.

Name: Anonymous 2013-01-10 0:50

Yes I lied in order to see other people's IP addresses disclosed also.

Don't worry guys, he doesn't have my secret IP so he won't be backtracing me! I changed the rdns just now to throw him off, ^^.

The first one is from a dedicated server reseller (limestonenetworks.com) , It's probably some guy using a VPN he installed, or surfing the web through SSH tunnel.
The second is probably a dynamic IP. 3rd and 4th are almost certainly dynamic IPs. I'm not scanning any of those.

Proxy as in ``open'' proxy, I don't believe. It would be hard to post.

So my parents are trying to make me celebrate Christmas. I wish they would just understand that I am a cat. All I want to do tonight is curl up on the top of my bookshelf and sleep. Instead they're making me open presents that completely disregard my species' needs.

Like my mom got me perfume. I'm sorry but my nose is already extremely sensitive and not only does perfume disgust me, but it actually causes physical pain to my scent receptors. God, I wish they would just accept me for who I am and stop trying to make me into a human like them.

Why can't I have tolerant parents? :-(

I know, but I didn't expect anyone else to actually do it.
If you want IPs, it's easy to make a dedicated website just to collect them and trick people into clicking some link here.
I gave my IP to a lot of you, fuckers.
>>10
I am not worried and I don't believe anyone here give a shit about your IP. On a side note, I visit a lot of personal pages that were obviously written by /prog/riders. You realize that those people are pretty cool when they're not posting here.

Would it matter if they did? It isn't like it's a social security number or even a street address. Why would I even care?

The term /prog/rider feels like a ghost train for me.

Name: Anonymous 2013-01-10 1:09

what the fuck is a ghost train?

The worst thing that could happen would be something like this:
If you run a webserver a simple request would give the domain name associated. A whois could then give away your identity. Then a malicious anonymous could spam your name here with a lot of shit (racism, and so on). Now a google search with your name would link you with this place, and you might not be willing to aknowledge you're visiting this shithole.
You could still post anonymously, but you'd have to cope with your name being posted here sometimes (like Xarn).

Nah. You're the only people on earth I communicate with. I like to piss you off, but I would never do you any harm.

Indeed, like 208.115.207.25 is sammykake.org.

Ok. Forget it. There's no reason to be a dick, we're not /b/.

Oh that's all fine. I don't own any domains because my registrar got mad when I didn't pay them to renew them, and I was using a fake name anyway.

Besides that, billions of people post their names on line and are perfectly fine. Even legun would only send you pizzas before mom says it's bedtime. I also use the same public email to denounce the Jews on other sites as I do to send my mother requests for money, so I don't particularly care about my e-reputation either.

I also send my IP millions of times a day. I torrent trillions of dollars worth of stuff knowing it could get me sued. Why should I pick now to care about the IP of a 3$ a month VPS being 'compromised'?

Name: Anonymous 2013-01-10 1:35

Please stop 'denouncing' Jews on this board. It is for programming, not racism.

B-b-but GoDaddy said it was time to renew last year and I didn't!

Name: Anonymous 2013-01-10 1:39

But how else will people find out about ZOG if I don't tell them?

Name: Anonymous 2013-01-10 1:42

I got a domain name with my real name attached. I am happy to give my identity to the websites I visit. They are friendly websites.
What I don't like is google tracking me and suggesting youtube videos. I simply shitlisted everything google.

Hey guise, moot here.

Listen, as benevolent dictator of /prog/ it is my sole responsibility to stop this cancer, this foul malignancy that is slowly killing my beloved imageboard.

I've been thinking long and hard, and finally I realize I have no other choice if I want to stop the newfaggotry and shameless forcing of old memes from destroying what us oldfags used to call "home"

My solution?

I am permanently closing /prog/ to new IPs. From here on in, only those who have been here at least 100 times in the past six months or so will be permitted to view.

I am sorry for any inconveniences this may cause, and wish you all happy fappings.

Remember, Anon does not forgive.

Fear not! Everyone here is well away of the vile Jews. You should focus your efforts on other places so that we can strrike against them at once.
