Look at this faggot

I'm an 8th grader who has been actively programming since I was 7 years old (over half my life). I'm basically a child prodigy and proficient in several languages. This is great and all, but middle school hasn't been able to teach me any relevant skills that I couldn't teach myself better. Are there any alternatives to going to highschool and eventually taking a CS course? I want to be successful, but the education system is woefully inefficient.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Are you serious?

Stick with high school, do CS at university. If you're good at academics all-around, you should be able to get into a prestigious one. Still, don't act like an intellectual twat because that breeds asshole teenagers who ultimately don't make the social connections they need later in life.

In the meantime, do some hobby projects at home. A few months ago, I read about a 15-year-old who created a multi million dollar startup. Milk your age: it will boost your reputation later in life if you can say you made something worthwhile as a kid.

High school is an important character-building part of your life.

Get to high school. drop out, get a GED, then enter college four years early. Then, at age 26, you'll realize that you don't actually like programming, and that you should have been enjoyed being an irresponsible teenager in high school, get burned out, and kill yourself.

OP>>1,
What >>2-san said. And a little of >>10-san. Get with a counselor first at your JHS and explain the situation, and get you in an accelerated program. I am not so sure where you are, and laws in your place, however you can pretty much skip your JHS, and HS. Unless you want to do dual enrollment, or are poor, then you might need to years 3-2 years in HS to get scholarships.

Also, take up a job in your field by making startups or a resume. At 13ish, you can score pretty big on some places. If you start hard now, you can make a retirement plan until 18, and at 22-25 retire. However, no more games and anime. You will need to make acquaintances and friends to get retirement quicker, and and be able to to whatever you like after 25.

I graduated from high school when I was 13. Then I realized it doesn't mean shit to ``go faster'' than the rest of people. I have an average GPA (3.8/5) and never achieved something impressive other than being the youngest faggot on campus.

I'm not going to tell you to ``enjoy your life'' like the neurotypicals posting in this thread, but you will soon realize what you're trying to do is pointless and probably harmful for your character.

If you have personal issues, social phobias and what not, the best thing to do is getting medication. That will get you through university. Because there are no rational reason, besides fear, to not get your degree. Especially if you are a genius. Be smart about this. You'd be a PHD in a short time if you can make it in the university environment, you'd get a job (pretty much for life) and be respected. If you truly want to dig deep in CS and stretch your huge genius as far as it goes, then there is no other place than a univ.
I didn't follow this plan though, didn't face my problems, skipped school, wrote programs and made my own company, hit the mother load a couple of times and now I'm currently enjoying the life with my trophy wife. Could have went to hell too though, so I'm not recommending it.
