How do I add the ability to have images in reply mode and no I'm not going to switch to wakaba my host doesn't allow .pl and .py files

Sounds like you need another host. Maybe a shell account that supports vhosts and bans php pl and py.

If you can't do something as simple as:
1. modify futallaby to accept and store image replies
2. modify futallaby to display those image replies
you need to find a programmer who can do this. They cost $50 per hour where I live. I sincerely doubt the programmers here will do your work for free.
