I m a seller, about half month ago, a people bought a bag from my online store, and i mail it after 5days he ordered, and the package arrivaled at 2012-11-22, but a day later, the fedex mail me that the buyer's address and tel number are both incorect, let me offer a new one. So i send an email to my customer,and he replied me that he had contact the fedex to get his package. But yesterday the fedex mail me again, told me if i don't contact with them of don't give them a new address or tel number, the package will be destoryed or return it back to me after i paid about 200$. Then i mailed my customer again, he give me the same reply that he had contact them. Did i trust him? And i think GOD is kidding me, the package is worth about 100$, if return it back to me, the courier service costs 200$. How can i do?
