Во-первых, TDD не изменился с 2009 года, а статья Норвига не стала более глупой. Во-вторых, там говорится о том, что TDD подходит не для крупнопроектов, а для идиотов (вроде того автора манифестов), которые иначе никогда ничего работающего не напишут.

Один из комментаторов сказал, что он испытывал почти физическую боль, когда читал бредни agile-уебана, и я его вполне понимаю.
