I have been having a problem with my onscreen display staying locked. I get a blue box saying
"Attention OSD Locked".

I tried everything to solve this problem.

Help?

I have a cheap Nokia phone and sometimes the lock screen locks the unlock button. I'm not even joking.

Turn off monitor.
Hold down Menu key.
Turn on monitor.

The other popular sequence is holding down the menu button for 10-15 seconds.
