I'm at a loss.

Any good RISC ``PC'' microprocessors (that is to say, not a ``microcontroller,'' no integrated memory) still in production? PowerPC looks good, but most ppc products are either defunct, under-documented or both.

You can make your own ``big boy'' CPU by wiring together a bunch of Microchip PICs.  Needless to say, it will still be slow as fuck, but at least it'll be able to take larger amounts of memory.
