I have a very specific application I'm looking to write to run on a large muli touch monitor. Just a simple 2D GUI that makes sounds when buttons are pressed, like a sound board with multi touch capability. Will probably run on Windows 7 or 8. What's the easiest GUI library with multi touch to pick up? I know C, C++, Java, Python, TCL and I've worked with Swing, Wx, and TK before.
I took a look at DirectX, but that's way more capability than I need.
