do your self a favor and just learn Rails, dont beg programmers to be a technical partner because programmers have a 'god complex' much like doctors do, and will shoot down any idea you have as being to lofty for mere mortals to fathom, as evidenced by Zed Shaw's pathetic blog response:

Learn Rails (its not hard, it will only take you a month or tow) and put the code-monkeys in their proper place in the startup foodchain
