²⁾Create an off shore `consulting' company.
<sup>3)</sup>Rack up more debt on your start up than a corporate raider.
<sup>4)</sup>Spend all the money on `consulting' from your off shore company.
⁵⁾Declare bankruptcy.
⁶⁾Go enjoy your job running your `consulting' company.

Surely this must be the only function of start ups, given how terrible they are.
