64-bit ISA has no Thumb mode, code density will be lower than /prog/ post quality.

Thumb isn't really needed on the 14nm-20nm nodes--the power savings over the 28-45nm nodes with thumb are already far better, and getting rid of the thumb decoder frees up space for more useful shit.
