Hey /prog/, we might have a janitor soon.

Opinions?

We need a freedom-respecting alternative to world4ch.

Might as well scrap the Shitchan while we're at it. /prog/riders Must submit alternative implementations that meet the following requirements:

- Low memory usage
- No db usage (flat text files instead please!)
- No support for banning or any moderation
- Fast start-up time
- No support for captcha verifications
- Executable + runtime small enough to fit on a floppy
- Formally proven to be correct
- Standards-compliant BBcode support

I was upset that I only learned the textboards were accepting applications after the deadline was over.

I looked for ``/prog/'' in the dropdown, but it didn't occur to me to try ``/dis/''.

I would wholeheartedly support a progfs.  It would be cool to be able to edit it from Acme like the Plan 9 Wiki.
