HTML5 Canvas, JS with jit, even WebGL exists usable and across the board. For lagging users there can be some wrapper containing webkit.

GUYS WHAT IF INSTEAD OF PILING SHIT ON TOP OF EACH OTHER, WE USE THE EXISTING ``LOWER LEVEL'' TECHNOLOGIES BUT MAKE THEM SIMPLE AND EASY TO USE?!?!?!
