I have been thinking for a long time, yet I cannot discover wether there is a prime number that is greater than all the others. What do you think?

Wait, aren't prime only based of the base 10 notation?
If so, then don't we have to start a base 16 prime algorithms?
I wonder if we can make one better than Mersenne prime using base changes, assume by headache is correct.
I cannot seem to mentally express 0111 is divisible by 0010, so 0111 is not a prime.
