1. If I'm wearing a condom, what do I do? Cum in the condom then get up and throw it away?

No, but his running water is made of boiling hot water (or anything above ≈70°C really).  You don't wash off protein-based stains with boiling water because proteins coagulate inside the fibers that make the threads of the fabric from which your whatever you ejaculated on is made which makes them stay there forever.

Never apply hot water to stains made of sperm, blood, urine, or other protein-rich liquids.  First rinse them really well in lukewarm water, then wash with soap.

It is also a good habit to ejaculate into your hand when masturbating and swallowing the produced sperm.  It is a waste to throw away good protein, plus you do not have to dispose of it!
