I don't see the problem with rights, really. That they have to be created and enforced by pressure or force does not necessarily invalidate them, I don't see the core of your argument against them, save for believing that civilization will fall and it will be every man and his shotgun. Even if that happened, and neither the first nor the former have to come, when the dust settles, people will still want assurances and justice, and rights will form again, as they have been created in one way or another throughout history.
And I'd be curious to know what your problems are with LGBT liberation and rights are, as well as with feminism.
