The Germans did the same thing to Jews and were successful at subjugating them. Germany would have won WWII had Jew-controlled America not been brought into the conflict. Germany was outnumbered through most of the war, but managed to overcome such adversity for as long as they did only due to greater morale, will, and intellect. Eventually, they were outnumbered 10 to 1 and only then did they begin to lose ground.

It wasn't any inferiority in quality of the Germans that led to their downfall, it was the huge number of troops the Allies had to throw at them to finally bring them to heel.
