Is it true that Americans only use stationary shower heads which can not be detached to guide a strong stream of water into the anus for proper cleaning? Do you enjoy walking around with a firm crust of sweaty shit trapped between your buttocks?

I live in a old house (built on the 1960's). 2 of the 3 bathrooms have bidets. Is not somewhat you see often here these days. All the new houses are built like shit.
