Is it true that Americans only use stationary shower heads which can not be detached to guide a strong stream of water into the anus for proper cleaning? Do you enjoy walking around with a firm crust of sweaty shit trapped between your buttocks?

Asian way of cleaning their ass after every dump is clearly superior: proper and thorough wash.
