Is anyone else here suspect themselves being OCD but too scared to diagnose/get proper help? I only OCD when it comes to my code. Help /prog/

This. The DSM makes a big point that simply doing things well is not obsessive-compulsive disorder. It becomes obsessive-compulsive disorder when you apply it to irrelevant, useless things, like counting your steps or stacking everything in threes. You recognize they are unreasonable and excessive, and they cause you marked distress and/or waste a lot of your time.
Simply being a neat freak or coding well or something else that is useful might be obsessive or compulsive (perhaps even both), but it does not mean you have OCD.

I suggest you read the DSM's entry on OCD. It's something that's very misunderstood: "I keep having to check if my hands are clean--so OCD! xD" second only to "I like maths--I'm such a nerd! xD" bullshite.
