/prog/ - I suck, and need help

I am having issues with a MySQL database and I cannot seem to troubleshoot the problem. If anyone has any experience, I am using Microsoft Webmatrix to edit the site, phpMyAdmin for the database interface, and attempting to upload this to a goDaddy webhosting program. I have the site ready to publish, but I am having issues. If anyone can give me some advice, I would love to hear it. Also, money might be in order if it works (I am doing this for work).
